Special Education Teacher- FTE Probationary		Probationary Special Education Teacher position due to retirement!! This assignment will be at the Middle School. JOB QUALIFICATIONS PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Good knowledge of student development at the appropriate school level. Hold high and clear expectations for students and self. Be able to work effectively with a variety of staff and community groups. Possess a classroom management style which fosters a student effort and accountability. Knowledge of curriculum and the instructional practices. Operate in a respectful, responsible manner.
