Qualifications:
- Clear communicator in oral and written language, including electronic communication
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, students, families, stakeholders
- Use problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Maintain confidentiality with District, student, staff, and family information
- Maintain a working knowledge of NYS Education Law concerning the office of the District Clerk, such as laws and governing procedures for District meetings
- Obtain and maintain licensure as a NYS Notary Public
- Ensure a customer friendly approach demonstrating an attentive and positive attitude
- Demonstrate a professional and respectful demeanor
- Maintain a high level of skill developing spreadsheets, reports, professional correspondence, use of web-based systems
